zareefa ahmed founded Amu in honor of her late mother—a quiet, deeply intentional woman whose nurturing presence left a lasting mark on everyone she met. Though not formally trained, she was a natural formulator, drawing from Ayurvedic wisdom, herbs, and whole ingredients to care for skin, health, and spirit. These were remedies passed down through generations, lovingly adapted in the kitchen and shared with grace.
